We hosted our first private event today, for Tada-san, local entrepreneur, and his associates. We got to sample some of his products, varieties of desserts, and enjoyed lots of coffee.
We roast our coffees fresh every week, right here in Tono, Japan. Our current varieties include Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, and Guatemala Antigua.
